After having my fourth child i knew i needed to find something to begin to make me feel like me again! I  often had mums asking if I did adults classes and I knew that feeling fit would make me feel energized and so I started Dance Fit for adults. During class I would shout out things like “get it, you Hot Mamas” and eventually the name of my class just evolved to ‘Hot Mamas’ (of course you don’t have to be a mum or a dancer to come along… just be you) .  Teaching this class has truly given me life.  I believe all women need to feel connected and make time for themselves so that they can be the best mum, wife, partner, they can be.  I’ve made life long friendships, and we enjoy social events which add a nice balance to training and the mundane and give us that all important, something to look fwd to! It’s not about being a size 6 or trying to look like the next super model it’s about loving the skin you’re in and feeling like the best version of you.   DanceFit is a fun way to workout and the structure of my classes will ensure that you are getting a full body workout. Whether it’s cardio queens, A high intensity class designed to improve muscle tone, strength and burn fat. Total Body Tone (TBT) Low impact resistance class using dumbbells designed to tone and shape or Just dance, a super fun dance class with (optional) opportunities to perform in shows incl squat and press up tracks to give you that full body burn. You will have fun in a non judgmental environment with a bunch of supportive women on the same journey. Classes are for all shapes, sizes and abilities. With 5 years of teaching this class under my belt I believe I have now developed the best format for ensuring that EVERYONE and ANYONE can dance themselves fit and happy so you love the skin you’re in.
